METHOD

How we work

01 / 04

Discovery

We start with an introductory meeting. We understand the company’s needs and where Coosmo can genuinely help.

OUR SERVICES

What we do, in practice.

These are four of the processes we work on most often. But every engagement starts with your needs: we shape the work around what your team actually needs.

Process automation

We turn repetitive tasks and manual handoffs into workflows across your systems, with human control where it matters.

Company second brain

We bring documents, procedures and know-how into shared, searchable company knowledge, so what one person knows becomes accessible to the whole team.

Sales enablement

We improve CRM workflows, lead qualification, follow-up and proposal preparation, reducing the commercial team's administrative load.

AI training

Practical programmes built around the team's real work: use cases, tools and rules for bringing AI into everyday activities.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is coosmo, exactly?

An AI transformation boutique. We are not a strategy firm and we do not sell software: we map how your best people actually work, turn that into AI processes the whole team can use, and stay until it holds. Four steps, always in this order: discovery, process engineering, deployment, enablement.

Which companies do you work with?

We focus on two verticals. In professional services, we work with consultancies, law and accounting firms, and insurance companies. In manufacturing, we work across production, quality and supply chain. Two verticals instead of everything, so the work starts from your processes, not from a generic demo.

Which European countries do you operate in?

We work with SMEs across Europe. Our team is distributed across Italy, Spain, Denmark, the Netherlands and Norway, combining local presence with a European perspective.

Where do we start, and how long before we see something?

Always with an assessment: a few weeks mapping where the time goes, which decisions sit waiting for someone, and which process is worth automating first. From there the first process goes live in weeks, not quarters. We deliberately start on a small, measurable scope rather than a company-wide programme.

How do you know it worked?

We agree the baseline and the indicators before the first session, not at the end. It is the only way to tell a real result from a good feeling. At Minardi Piume the management report went from about two hours to about one minute, measured by the client, not declared by us.

Do we need an IT department?

No. We build inside the tools your team already uses. What you do need is one person on your side who owns each automation: someone who updates it when the process changes. Without a name attached, an automation quietly dies within a few months.

What happens to our data?

Which data leaves the company and which does not is decided during the assessment, with you, before anything is built. It is not a technical detail to sort out afterwards. We work inside your existing systems and choose vendors accordingly.

And when the project ends?

Enablement is the last phase for a reason: we hand over the system with the training and the rules to run it internally. The expertise stays in your company instead of with us. At one sports consultancy we spent more than 100 hours working side by side with consultants and defined how an internal leader could carry the roadmap forward.
