COLLABORATION
Training became a delivery system, not an event
Three workshop waves ran between August 2025 and June 2026, with content adapted to operational teams and management. The sessions were connected to real workstreams rather than treated as standalone training.
Across more than 100 hours of side-by-side work, consultants applied tools and methods to their priority processes. Enablement stayed connected to daily delivery, so every step could be challenged, adapted and adopted by the team.
OUTCOMES
Internal capability ready to carry the roadmap forward
The programme strengthened how consultants approach sponsorship valuation, business development, sports facilities, host cities and productised commercial strategy.
After ten months, we recommended that the client appoint a Head of AI and Data. An internal counterpart with whom to continue the strategy and AI roadmap we had shaped together, without making Coosmo the permanent centre of every decision.
