Build on the real process, with the people who own it

The programme focused on the daily work of administration and import/export rather than on generic classroom exercises. Each use case started from the actual files, steps and decisions already used by the team.

We built the workflows alongside the people who would use them and defined how outputs would be checked against the previous Excel-based process. That made adoption and quality part of the implementation, not an afterthought.

A measurable workflow and new internal capability

The management report moved from a manual 1–2 hour process to a workflow that takes about 1 minute. Minardi validated the result through sample checks against the previous process.

The evaluation also identified four internal champions among the eight people assessed, giving the company a practical base for extending the work without making Coosmo the permanent bottleneck.
